The Internet has been in the things of its inception, and now it has developed into something more smart, unique, effective, and user-friendly.
IoT (Internet Of Thing) is typically a networked connection of various physical things. The network may consist of devices, vehicles, home appliance and even other embedded systems with software, electronics, sensors, and network connectivity to establish communication or exchange data with users and other devices.
IOT has now made to extend the Internet connectivity to a range of physical things that are not typically related to computers. provide with IoT, these objects can fulfill multiple objectives other than their basic function. For example, a connected Television (TV) may change its activity such volume, channel, color mode, and video etc., automatically based on the remote control outside and inside of a home. Also, the TV may also alert the owner with key information on atmospheric change, quality of volume and others.
So logistics and transportation, the Internet of Things (and, more specifically, the Industrial Internet of Things or IoT) can create a machine to machine connections that enable loading equipment, and other devices and assets to communicate with Human. Human beings don't have to manually log information when smart devices can trap that data automatically. So we will do tomorrow's thought leaders implement the IOT in logistics and transportation.
